1. This document describes the Privacy Policy of the mobile application (hereinafter "Privacy Policy"): e-Cookbook.
2. The e-CookBook application (hereinafter the "Application") is installed on mobile devices, in particular on mobile phones and tablets after the user has downloaded the Application via the Play store (Android).
3. Using the Application requires an Android mobile device and an Internet connection in the form of an enabled data transmission package or an enabled wi-fi connection.
4. Using the Application requires registration - creating a user account. The data necessary to create an account are: login and email address.
5. If you do not accept the Privacy Policy, please do not install the Application or uninstall it. Permanent removal of the Application from the mobile device is tantamount to the termination of the use of the Application.
6. The Privacy Policy is only complementary to the Google Play Store privacy policy. The developer of the application is not responsible for the privacy policy implemented by entities managing Google Play Store applications and their compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to data processing personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 2016, pp. 1-88), the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data ( i.e. Journal of Laws 2018.1000) and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (i.e. Journal of Laws 2017.1219) as part of the Google Play store.
